All local orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays and weekends).
International orders are also processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and typically takes 10–15 business days.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If there is any issue, defect, damage, or if the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, this must be done immediately at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier representative.
No return requests will be accepted after the courier has left. Once the shipment is received and the courier departs, this will be considered confirmation that the order has been accepted in good condition.
