Return & Exchange Policy

Customers must inspect the product carefully upon delivery and before receiving the order from the shipping representative.

If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product due to any visible issue, this must be requested immediately at the time of delivery and in the presence of the shipping representative only.

If the order is received without inspection, no return or exchange request will be accepted afterward. Acceptance of the order and the departure of the shipping representative shall be considered confirmation that the product has been received in good condition and approved by the customer.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not match the announced specifications, the customer must notify the shipping representative immediately upon delivery so the necessary action can be taken.

No complaints regarding visible defects or incorrect items will be accepted after the shipping representative has left.


Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Leather defects

  • Stitching defects

  • Essential manufacturing materials

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Exposure to excessive water or moisture

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, the customer may choose one of the following:

  • Product replacement

  • Product repair

  • Full refund


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped within the Egypt within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed before checkout.

We are committed to delivering products that fully match the announced specifications and are free from defects.

For online payments, orders are confirmed immediately after successful transaction completion.
