Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with what you ordered. If you encounter any problem, we are honored to assist you through the following policy:

General Policy

  • Products are available for inspection upon receipt. If there is any issue, you may refuse the order immediately.
  • Return is not available after the courier departs.
  • Exchange is available within 15 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., courier bill).

❗ Important: Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, returns are not permitted under any circumstance.

  3. Clearly state the item you wish to exchange and the reason.


Product Complaints & Quality Issues

Products are available for inspection upon delivery. If there are any issues such as a defect or the item not matching the displayed image, please report it immediately during the inspection before the courier leaves.

  1. EVACI covers all shipping costs if a defect or wrong item/size is discovered during the inspection at delivery.
  2. If the exchange is due to any other reason, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  3. If an issue arises after use, you may request exchange only (not refund). Please contact us immediately with a detailed written explanation and clear photos at the time the issue appears.
  4. If the item requires inspection, it will be reviewed by our Quality Department, and the appropriate action will be taken within 1–3 working days after the item arrives at our office.
  5. Replacement items are delivered within 2–5 working days.
  6. Exchange requests are processed within 72 working hours.
  7. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note: EVACI does not accept returns under any circumstances. All issues must be reported during delivery inspection. Only exchange is permitted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product
